I have been using Dead on Arrival for all of my pest control needs for 24 years. I began using them when Matt’s dad owned the company and have continued to use them with Matt in charge. Matt and his team are not a large corporate company that send generic messages or junk mail reminders. Rather, Matt and his team are a locally owned company that send out personal text messages when it’s time for my house to be serviced. He has been quick to come out whenever we have needed some extra help with some unwelcome critters of all kinds in between his service visits. He has taken care of all of our pest control needs and I highly recommend Matt and his team at Dead on Arrival! ~ Kim M

Great company! I wish I could give 1000 stars. True story. I woke up the other morning to the sound of kittens crying inside the wall of my room. I really didn’t know what to do, so I made a few calls and was getting nowhere finding help. Then I called Dead On Arrival Pest Control. Jackpot! After a good chuckle at my predicament, the young man manning the phones told me he would have someone out to my house the following morning. DOA arrived on schedule and went straight to work saving those kittens. They even examined my house and found where they got in from so I could have that repaired. These two young men could not have been any nicer or more professional. The only thing they asked was that I name my two new pets Matt and Ethan! That’s right. I took the kittens to the vet where they checked out as healthy and about 5 weeks old. I have adopted them so this story does have a happy ending. ~ Susan B

Matt and his team have been so great.. we had a German cockroach issue (which can be notoriously hard to get rid of). After they showed up we haven’t had a problem since.
